ll items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-4 business days with GLS. GLS’ shipping times depend on the area delivered to, which means Pieszak Denim can’t be held responsible for any delays from GLS.

Be aware that packages processed after 2PM on Fridays, will be shipped upcoming Monday. Please note that during busy periods, longer processing time may occur.

When we dispatch your package, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will also receive the invoice by email, which is your receipt of your purchase.

Your delivery note is enclosed to your package.

- We offer free shipping on all orders above 500 DKK.
- Delivery costs for orders below 500 DKK: 40 DKK.

We strive to process and ship orders as soon as we can. When the order has been processed and is ready for shipment, we will send an e-mail with all necessary documents and tracking information on the package. 

Taxes & Duties
Depending on your order and your country, you will be liable to pay any local taxes and duties upon receipt of your package, for which Pieszak Denim cannot be responsible. Be aware that we do not have control over these taxes and cannot inform you of what the price will be as policies and import taxes vary from
country to country. A refusal of payment of any duties and/or taxes will cause a full cancellation cost, associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. We cannot mark orders as gifts according to customs and duties.

Do you regret your purchase, the items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition and must be returned with their original tags and packaging. It is important that the items original packaging is not damaged or ruined. We reserve the right to reject a package if the products packaging is ruined and cannot be sold again.

Your right of withdrawal is 14 days when you are shopping at pieszakdenmark.com. Your right of withdrawal starts when you have received your item. Your right of withdrawal has been complied with if the item is returned within 14 days from the reception.

If you reject to receive your package at arrival, we reserve the right to charge a fee, according to the negative contractual interest, for any expenses we may have when returning the item.

Do you want to return your item and get your money back*, you must pay for the shipping costs by yourself.

*For security reasons, we can only refund money for an item to the payment card that was also used for the purchase.

For orders shipped within Denmark
You can choose to use the attached return label. Be aware that we impose a fee at 40 DKK. If you choose to return your item, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

For orders shipped outside Denmark
A return label is not included, and customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Be aware that you are responsible for the package until we have received it.

Steps for return:

1. Wrap the items in their original packaging.
   Before the full amount can be returned, the product must be unused and all price tags must be intact in or on the item, and in the same condition as you received it.
   
   
2. Send the package to the following address*:

   *We only accept packages sent directly to the address above.
   
   
3. Deliver your package to the nearest post office. Remember to get a delivery receipt in case of problems with the shipment.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount of the returned item.
You will receive a credit note, that confirms your return and refund.

If you wish to exchange your item to a different size, wash or color, please return and place a new order.
