Our story

Founded in 2007

Since the launch in 2007, Pieszak has successfully grown into an international fashion brand whose collections are sold in shops and stores all across Northern Europe.

At Pieszak, ‘Tailor Denim’ means a continuous dedication towards designing customized and perfectly tailored styles. It means constantly meeting the challenge of balancing comfort and fit with sophistication and sassy chic. The Pieszak take on women’s fashion is a raw and edgy style with an urban high-fashion femininity. For the woman who dresses with attitude.

Pieszak takes its name from the Danish CEO and Head Designer Henriette Pieszak, who founded the brand in 2007 with a desire to translate her life-long passion for fashion and design into a brand offering unique fit and cut.

Our founder

Henriette Pieszak was educated as a production engineer within the Danish textile industry and has more than 25 years of experience in fashion, working in all aspects of the trade.

For three years, she lived and worked in Italy, specialising in every detail of her deepest passion – jeans manufacturing.

She continues to try on every single style in the design process as she feels that the smallest detail like moving a seem or a pocket half an inch can make the difference between making a woman look good and making her look fabulous.

Henriette has also held a job in re- tailing and incorporates her experience with customer behaviour into the design process.

The designs are expressions of my own style and lifelong love affair with high fashion, and i try to capture and personalize contemporary on urban lifestyle in my collections.

Inspired by a desire to create beautifully crafted clothes,I aim to meld classic tailoring with an edgy yet elegant metropolitan aesthetic.
